Meet the Founder
Sophia Kim, MSN, FNP-BC is the Founder and Clinical Director of KORÉ Aesthetics in Beverly Hills, California — a boutique aesthetic practice rooted in precision, discretion, and modern clinical refinement.
A nationally recognized aesthetic nurse practitioner, Sophia serves as National Trainer and Faculty for Allergan Aesthetics and Galderma, where she mentors medical professionals across the country in advanced injectable techniques and elevated standards of care. She is also a sought-after speaker at leading medical aesthetic conferences nationwide.
Beyond her clinical practice, Sophia serves as a Healthcare Provider (HCP) Consultant, collaborating with industry leaders across medical aesthetics, education, and brand development. Her work spans clinical consulting, educational strategy, and aesthetic services for high-profile clientele — bridging medical expertise with cultural sophistication.
Sophia earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree with honors from UCLA and completed her Nurse Residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She also serves as a Volunteer Clinical Assistant Professor at the UCLA School of Nursing within the MSN-APRN program, supporting the education and mentorship of future nurse practitioners.
Born in South Korea and raised in Southern California, Sophia maintains close ties to Korea through family, travel, and ongoing immersion in its evolving aesthetic landscape. Her clinical philosophy is influenced by Korean beauty principles that emphasize facial harmony, skin quality, and natural balance. Through KORÉ Aesthetics, Sophia brings a modern Korean-inspired approach to aesthetic medicine.
Meet the Medical Director
Dr. Bruce B. Kadz is a board-certified plastic surgeon by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). With extensive expertise in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, he brings decades of surgical precision and clinical leadership to his role as Medical Director of KORÉ Aesthetics.
